CuraCards Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframes

All return and refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note that minor packaging flaws that do not affect the item itself are not considered defects or damage and are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, reach out to our customer service team at benjamin@curacards.com.au with your order details and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at benjamin@curacards.com.au.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
